He was already a member of the Crosseyes before I even met him. The red marks on his eyes -- all gang members get them once they're accepted into the ranks. I kept fucking telling him to quit it, but he used to give me all the stupid bullshit spiel, about how the Crosseyes Boss was gonna be a hero to all run-down, shit sorcerers like him and me.

I told him to quit, but he didn't. He couldn't, I guess.

...And then he got killed.

Right before I got brought here. He got brought back to life, it's a long story, and I ran into him again.

[ He drums his fingers on the table between them quietly for a moment -- he does consider it, briefly. It's only a consideration, but he doesn't even do that much often.

Ultimately though? He just shakes his head. ]

[He sighs, but whatever. What he wants to share is up to him.

[ I hate being here literally all Aikawa does is kin every single horrific aspect of everything, throws my hat to the ground. The smell of rancid meat, the sound of thudding, a phone call ringing RRRRR -- and the horrific, ominous promise of 'you're next' has him more on edge than a field trip he never was on should. He kind of jerks up and knocks his seat over, hands slamming the table in a kneejerk motion -- but then the field trip goes in a different direction, and as soon as acid starts getting thrown around, he weirdly relaxes. I GUESS.

He sighs, de-tenses a little, fixes the chair. ]
