[New week, new doors. Bradley has his gun with him as he opens this one up.
8. You open the door and find yourself inside what looks like it was once a park of some kind. It is mostly greyscale - literally, like an old TV show. There are benches, streetlamps, and trash cans along the shattered cobblestone path that leads in a circle around the area, but they’re in various states of disarray. Wilted, grey grass in small, pathetic tufts litters the area, and even the dirt seems to be more like ash. There are stone archways scattered throughout the area, and at its center, a dead and grey tree from which a clock with unmoving hands hangs. You start off fully saturated here, but as you wander about, your color starts to fade, and you find yourself growing weaker and less emotional until you are nearly entirely numb inside and out. At that point you will black out and find yourself in the hallway again, disoriented and feeling devoid of emotion for the next half hour after emerging from the room.]
[walking on in! he had a chance to clean up last night before curfew hit, so the only visible indication of injury is the gauze patch over his left eye socket. he gives bradley a wave.]
...I know you're probably going to say you always are, but it still feels polite to ask whether you're alright or not.
[wandering through the doors of the hotel brings them to a new location from a past group, and when they get pulled into ahnkeen, they wind up at the abandoned mansion. rupert frowns up at it.]
[10. You open the door and find yourself in what appears to be a perfect replica of the hotel lobby. It leads into perfect replicas of the rest of the hotel. Spend enough time wandering this alternate version of the hotel, and you will not run into anyone other than whoever you came through the door with originally. You can eat or drink here, but none of it will be truly filling or quench your thirst. The only way out is to go back out through the revolving doors in the illusory lobby; this will deposit you back out in the hallway. If, however, you wander the hotel for what feels like enough time to die of hunger or thirst, you will find yourself back in the hallway feeling weak and shaky until you have had a good meal and something to drink, though only four minutes have passed.]
